This is the ideal sequence needed to identify all the contingent of each state. It hardly happens

As you can also see, the list in the program is not accurate in some cases. The camel riders are not mentioned within the list of participants, nor is mentioned an elephant. At least one must have been there since the state elephant was in the Main Procession.
